During one of the therapy session I had with a client, she had openly expressed that she is a believer and thus she is awfully troubled by what's happening in her life. I asked for her permission if I could pray for her and use the words during the therapy session. She was pleased.
"Peace I leave with your. My peace I give to you....Let not your heart be troubled. Do not be afraid." John 14:27This was the verse that I used during our session. This was only the first session. A week later, 2 days before the next session, she sms me to cancel the appointment.
She shared with me that she has gotten out of her situation and understand that it is all in the mind. "Let not your heart be troubled." She thanked me for helping her to relax her mind and understand God's gift. In fact, she was so much better now in her personal life, that she has gone ahead in setting up her own business.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
By the way, don't worry about my business... "The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want." Psalm 23:1
